As a Personal Trainer and a gold medal winning athlete with a lifetime of experience in various training methods  and 10 years of actual Personal Training, I am well placed to help you through  this minefield of information and help you achieve your personal fitness goals in an supportive, efficient, safe and timely manner.

I will tailor everything to you as an individual and help you get to the bottom of why you may have struggled in the past to achieve your fitness and weight loss goals. I will endeavour to make the sessions enjoyable whilst also being very productive. I have worked  with all manner of men and women from the extremely unfit right up to weekend warriors who demand a high level of fitness for their endeavours!

I specialise in kettlebell training and will use these in conjunction with other fitness tools such as TRX suspension trainer, Bulgarian bags, Concept 2 rowing and body weight exercises.

As a sponsored kettlebell athlete who has competed several times internationally with Team England and won Gold medals whilst doing so, I am in a unique position to help you master these fantastic strength and fitness conditioning tools, which will help us get you into the best shape of your life!

We can meet in one of three small gyms in Rushden which I have access to or I can meet you at your home. Nice sunny day? Then I’d also be delighted to train you at a local park. Whatever suits you best.

Please remember, our sessions will be tailored around you and your current fitness levels so there will be no boot camp style shouting and hollowing. (unless you want me to of course)

Single session fee £35 – For a taster
6 session fee £200 (£33.33 per hour) – To get going
12 session fee £375 (£31.25 per hour) – For the commitment to change
24 session fee £720 plus a free kettlebell (£30 per hour) – For those with a big goal and the dedication to achieve it.
